Top 3 Benefits of Using Naked Shake Protein Powder

product reviews Dec 17, 2021

As many of you know, I’m a huge fan of Naked Nutrition (they literally have the cleanest products, meaning not fillers or ingredients you can’t pronounce). When they sent me a canister of vegan protein powder to try, I was pretty excited.

But I have to confess: I hate protein shakes. I hate drinking my calories in general so I just won’t typically make a protein shake. I’d rather eat my protein powder.I like to blend just enough water with my protein powder to create a pudding consistency.

So when I was asked to review Naked Nutrition’s vegan Naked Shake in hot cocoa flavor, my first step was creating protein pudding. Well, this protein powder works perfectly and tastes fabulous!

As a pro figure competitor lifting weights since I was a teenager, I’ve tried numerous protein powders. Some make me feel bloated, while others tasted horrible or had a chalky consistency. A few weren’t even mixable and created quite a chunky protein shake – blech!

Why try Naked Shake? Here are my top 3 reasons:

  1. Taste & Blendability
As a chocolate lover, the taste and blend-ability of Naked Nutrition’s protein powder are fabulous. Since my go-to use of protein powder is making pudding, this is a huge plus. It’s also very easy to combine it with greek yogurt to make a protein-packed snack.

  2. Quick & Easy Protein Boost
Protein powder is a great way to reach your daily protein goals since most people struggle to get enough protein in their diets. One scoop of Naked Shake contains 20 grams of protein, 130 calories, 7g carbs and 2g of fats, making it a macro-friendly option.

  3. No Fillers or Other Garbage
One of the main reasons I LOVE Naked Nutrition products is due to their limited ingredients. Not only that, the ingredients included are ones that you recognize and can pronounce, such as: pea protein, cocoa, coconut sugar, MCT powder, sea salt, monk fruit extract. Minimal, clean ingredients means you’re getting optimal protein.

Naked Nutrition continues to impress me with their products. You can check out the reviews for Naked Collagen, Naked Bone Broth, Naked Bars and Naked Cookies. If you're interested in learning more or trying some of these products, please visit www.NKDnutrition.com for more information.
